“I don’t have enough time,” is a common excuse for procrastinating. Since in reality we all have exactly the same number of hours in the day, the real deal is in how we use them. Granted some people have more things they want or need to tend to.
1. The first step into having more time available is deciding what is truly essential.
2. Say “no” to some of the extra curricular activities.
3. Delegate with clear specific instructions when ever possible.
4. Start planning small, step by step “bites”. Your task may be too large to plan much less complete in one fell swoop.
5. Set specific times and dates to work on your goals. Make a firm appointment with yourself.
After all, your dreams are waiting! And remember, “Someday” is not a day of the week.
