Creating an ideal weekly plan can help you have what I call “life rhythm”. Periodically I design my “ideal week” as a target to shoot for. I realize that there will be changes, but deciding what is the most efficient use of my time helps me to get more done. It is like putting together the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. I can map out what activities will fit together best.
I like to color code my plan to see that I have appropriate amounts of time allocated to my various activities. I use BLUE for spiritual time, YELLOW for family time, GREEN for income producing time, PINK for business prep time, ORANGE for personal time, and PURPLE for time with my sweetheart.
Here is an example of what a Rhythm Plan might look like. By watching the video you’ll get a clear picture! I would be happy to send you a copy of the worksheet – please just fill in the information below the video!
