As I mentioned earlier I had a great time working with two Platinum PROSPERITY clients in Atlanta, GA. Both were keenly aware of the literal costs involved in running a less than efficient office. As their businesses have "exploded" they were finding that their office was "imploding"!

Being suffocated in disorganized papers stifles progress. There is too much time and energy lost looking for key documents to complete tasks.

Non-business clutter can cause office constipation! As a BusinessMom, you are inundated with "family fallout". Your very well meaning spouse may be leaving important mail in unimportant (or inconvenient) places. The kids (bless their little hearts) are known to leave their baseball mitts and Barbie dolls in the middle of your new book layout. You get the picture. This leaves you frustrated to be clearing the way just to begin to begin getting any work done!

Finally, there are the notes. Bits of vital information such as dates, measurements, phone numbers, scattered on "office confetti", those little scraps and old envelopes you jot things down on only to spend mega minutes looking for said information when needed. Instead, grab a steno pad and PARK it firmly on your desk top. Shoot on sight anyone attempting to relocate it! Get in the habit of making all your phone log notes, doodles and miscellaneous markings on in this ONE place. You will be amazed at the difference just that one thing can make!
