Organizing Q and A Calls Now Available
I wanted to share this wonderful email I received this week from a long distance client in Maryland.
Hi Debbye,
Thanks very much for all the coaching on the call today. I learned a lot that I can apply & I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
When I ordered “Your Office Simplified” I figured I was going to read & get lots of tips & ideas for getting a grip on the constant flow of paper coming into my little office. And the audio sessions explained even more!
But I hadn’t really understood that there’d be a one-hour “Q & A Party” that goes with it! What a deal — you, and others on the call, get a full hour with Debbye to ask her questions to get her feedback & advice on “real” situations that you’re facing in your own office.
For example, I had a decent filing system going except for one category — “Art Ideas.” I’m an art teacher who teaches children in my home after school. Well, I had way too many art ideas to fit in one folder; and even after sub-dividing the ideas into categories (clay, figures/portraits, collage, women artists, etc.) the file folders were still overflowing! I had been pretty much just plain stuck at this stage for the past year.
However, given that Debbye offered a free “Q & A Party Call” with purchase of Your Office Simplified, I thought I’d take advantage of getting to talk “live” to an expert!
(Debbye’s note: Tina contacted me prior to the call and told me she really didn’t have any questions. LOL. Read on…)
Debbye and her ever-creative brain came up with an idea —Thank you, Debbye, for moving me out of “stuck mode”!
She also gave me ideas for “batching” some time for various repetitive tasks — not just the laundry, vacuuming, etc., but also for things like setting aside time for reading my monthly book club book. She really looks for ways to create “rhythm” to the week or month, and comes up with lots of possible approaches to fit what we creative (and sometimes side-tracked!) types can use. For those of you who buy the Your Office Simplified, please be sure to take advantage of the special phone call with Debbye — a coaching session tailored to your needs, well how can you beat that!

A word of caution here. Beware of rewards that bring more “stuff” (aka clutter) into your home and office.
I want to introduce you to a friend of mine, Kim DeYoung, she’s the Get it Done Girl.
